This section of our website is only available to those professional advisors who choose to work with us. The Community Foundation for the Twin Tiers (CFTT) wishes to maintain an active relationship with all the professional advisors serving our region – accountants, attorneys, brokers, estate planners, insurance agents, trust officers, funeral directors, clergy and so forth. The CFTT serves Bradford, Sullivan and Tioga Counties in Pennsylvania and Tioga County in New York State.
While the Foundation is a public charity, it does not promote a particular charitable cause. Our primary "line of business" is the creation of named endowments. Grouping these named endowments under the administrative umbrella of a single public charity can create significant economies of scale and enhanced investment alternatives for advisor's clients.
Professional advisors have a unique opportunity to help their clients achieve philanthropic and estate planning goals when they are making major business, personal and financial decisions such as estate planning, writing or revising a will, sale of a business or major asset, retirement planning, and at times of a financial windfall. The Foundation is an effective resource for clients and professional advisors during these windows of opportunity. When they occur, we encourage advisors to ask the philanthropic question, "Are there charitable or community needs you would like to consider?"
This section of our website is one of the CFTT's ways of saying thank you to professional advisors by providing them with up to date information from our national association on current issues in the investment field. There will be new information pieces added regularly and registered professional advisors will be notified when new information is available. In order to access this section of our website you will need to register with the Foundation and obtain a password.
